Etrat Hussain Rizvi

Mr. Rizvi has over 40 years experience of working in private and public sectors in the fields of banking, development finance, manufacturing, utility and regulatory organizations. As Commissioner SECP, he was the key person in the development of several new regulations/codes and amendments in company law and a host of other regulatory endeavors. He has been the Chairman, The Bank of Khyber, Head of Project Supervision Division NDFC, Managing Director NDLC, Chief Executive, Paramount Leasing, Chief Executive, National Asset Management Company Ltd, Director, Bankers’ Equity, Director Karachi Stock Exchange(G) Ltd. He is currently working as Chairman, CRC Associates, which provides advisory & consultancy services covering a wide range of corporate and financial solutions and development of manuals and procedures for corporate efficiency and effectiveness. He also serves as Director on several Boards including Privatization Commission, Shezan International Ltd, Burshane LPG (Pakistan) Ltd. Quality Assurance Board of ICAP, and Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited, to name a few.
Faisal Jalil Sherjan

Starting out with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, History and English Literature FSJ as he is commonly known brings 30 years of experience in advertising, Television, 3G telephony and digital publishing to his current role as Director of National Incubation Centre Lahore at LUMS University. Having invested in and actively worked with startup businesses in the last three years FSJ is a key evangelizer for creating high growth businesses that impact our communities. The use of 4th Industrial wave technology is critical to scale and that is the fundamental thesis FSJ brings to his role as mentor of entrepreneurs stepping up to the challenge of recognizing problems and creating solutions for them.

In Coaching & Training, with 35+ years of work experience, including at IBM, Wateen and PTCL, he brings the market practices into the classroom. This includes selling skills – with B2B Selling Skills being a specialty, leadership skills, communication skills, relationship management, business change management skills and digital transformation. Going forward the training portfolio will be enhanced. As Consultant, focus will be, on adding value to business, for companies with a strategic intent to diversify and/or struggling to grow existing business and/or planning to pursue digital transformation.

William has been associated with Hedge funds, VC and Private Equity industry for the last 20 years. He has worked as well we invested at various investments and funds management platforms across America, Asia and Central Europe. Will is currently the Private Equity Investor at Everstone Capital Advisors based in United Kingdom. The Everstone Group is one of Asia’s premier investment groups focused on cross border North America – Asia investments as well as domestic investments in India and Southeast Asia. Founded in 2006, the Singapore headquartered firm has assets of ~ US$6 billion across private equity, real estate, credit, green infrastructure, and venture capital. Everstone has over 400 people working across seven offices—Singapore, India (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru), Mauritius, London, and New York. Will is also an Advisor at Holt Fintech Accelerator.

He has 30-plus years of diversified technical/business experience in the chemical and hydrocarbon industries, Technical Services, Business Management of multi-unit projects including grass root refineries, Technology licensing & delivery and sales & marketing support for Refinery & Petrochemical Processes, Technology evaluation and marketing support for Purified Terephthalic Acid, Development and commercialization of Novel Technologies that include Biological & Petrochemical (Thiopaq & LCO-X) Processes, Conceptual development and design of pilot and commercial PTA, SSP, Xylene Fractionation, Penex & Butamer, Acrylonitrile, General Purpose Bulk Pharmaceutical facility. He has worked across key continents, including Americas, Europe and the Middle East in prestigious Oil & Gas and energy chains.
